So it seems Medway has an underground scene!  Gone are the cries for Rihanna, Flo-Rida & LMFAO.

Well… At MoJo in Chatham anyway…

Admitedly I was a little apprehensive when the booking for Myself & Roska in Chatham came through, I mean, I’ve lived in the Medway towns the majority of my life now and I’ve tried with others [J:Kenzo, Rod Azlan] to push underground music to the people and failed to a certain degree, but I know the team behind Big Trouble and I’ve seen what they’ve done in surrounding areas, so I was optimistic.. Yet Curious.

To my delight though the event was SICk!!

MEDWAY HAS A VENUE THAT CAN FUEL AN UNDERGROUND SCENE!

Not only that, but people that want to hear the music.

MoJo is quite a small venue, but perfect for intimate underground events, It has that Plastic People feel to it, but with a little more ventilation, it’s underground meets classy, and the sound system KICKS.

Roska loved it, I loved it, and I hope everyone that came loved it, the vibe was top notch!

Can I just add also… It isn’t a sausage fest either.. Plenty of Lady ravers!

Saturday the 31st Dec’ Roska & I were at Electric (Brixton) for Spectrum. Saying goodbye to an awesome 2011 in style..

The Energy levels were high and the vibe was tasty!

Mojo or better known as the old Command House is based in Chatham, but don’t be afraid, this refurbed venue has a nice little underground feel to it and this is the 1st event to be held by new promotion Big Trouble.
